Congratulations to MinEx CRC student Dr Mosayeb Khademi (UniSA), who has officially been awarded his PhD titled “Linking Geophysics and Geology Through Borehole Data: A Framework for Quantifying the Value of Information in Mineral Exploration”.
Mosayeb developed a quantitative method to measure and communicate the value of exploration data and their relative contribution to mineral deposit discovery, from regional through to prospect scale. He will continue this work in his new role with MinEx CRC Sponsor, Geoscience Australia.
Congratulations also to his supervisory team: Dave Giles and Caroline Tiddy (both UniSA), Andrej Bona (formerly Curtin), and Mark Lindsay (CSIRO).
