All MinEx CRC researchers, staff, participants and affiliates are invited to attend the online MinEx CRC 2026 Mid-Year Postgraduate Student Workshops, where our postgraduate students will provide updates on their research progress and engage with the wider MinEx CRC community.

A key component of the MinEx CRC Education and Training Program is developing the next generation of researchers and industry professionals who will help drive innovation and adoption across the resources sector.

Our postgraduate researchers play a vital role in the success of MinEx CRC by:

• Contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to industry challenges;
• Advancing research activities across the CRC’s Programs;
• Developing new knowledge, technologies and methodologies; and
• Building future capability for Australia’s minerals and resources sector.

The workshops provide an opportunity for postgraduate students to showcase their research activities, share recent developments and receive valuable feedback from researchers, industry participants and fellow students across the consortium.

The workshop series aims to:

• Showcase current postgraduate research activities across the MinEx CRC portfolio;
• Encourage discussion and collaboration between students, researchers and industry participants; and
• Provide students with valuable experience presenting their research to the broader consortium.
