MinEx CRC has achieved its 2026 Commonwealth Education and Training milestone, reaching 30 postgraduate student completions since the CRC began.

Through its Education and Training Program, MinEx CRC has supported postgraduate researchers undertaking research across a broad range of mineral exploration projects. Their work has contributed to advances in areas including drilling technologies, geophysics, geochemistry, geological modelling and data science, while helping develop the skills and expertise needed for the future of Australia’s resources sector.

The achievement of 30 postgraduate completions marks an important milestone for the CRC’s Education and Training program and reflects the commitment of the students, supervisors, university partners and industry collaborators who have supported the program throughout its life. With a further 27 postgraduate students currently enrolled, MinEx CRC is well placed to exceed its original target of 50 postgraduate completions by the conclusion of the CRC.

Congratulations to all MinEx CRC postgraduate students, past and present, and to everyone who has contributed to this achievement.
