First Conventional NDI Delamerian Drillhole Complete

Complementing advanced trials of the MinEx CRC CT rig, conventional drilling in the Delamerian NDI has completed its first conventional drillhole (NDIAW_D01).
In the basement a medium-grained, undeformed porphyritic granodiorite and medium to coarse-grained granite with abundant mafic inclusions are the dominant lithologies. K-Feldspar and chlorite alteration are prevalent, surrounding steeply-dipping veins and fractures throughout the intersection, and are more pervasive at the end of hole.
Drilled from the same pad as a CT rig twin hole, we can recognise the same lithologies in chips and core.
